The FAQ's

Please note:

  • The deposit listed in your desired package must be paid in-full to reserve your session date.
  • The deposit is non-refundable once paid.
  • The remaining balance must be immediately paid after your session, and for weddings/events the remaining balance is due 30 days before your special day.
  • After services are rendered, the final payment is non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
  • The total prices shown here do not include a travel fee (if over 50 miles from Springfield, MO).


FAQ

How long have you been in business?

Though this has been my hobby for several years, I began my solo professional journey in October 2018. I started off assisting other local photographers, learning the ways of the craft, and fine-tuning my creative skills. I officially started my business in 2019.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! I love to travel, discover new places, and make new friends! Travel fees may apply!

Are retainers refundable?

Retainers are to hold your date and are non-refundable -- under any circumstances; even if you decide to change the date or cancel your booking with us.

What payment methods do you have?

We accept cash, credit/debit, or even Apple Pay through an online invoice!

How long will it take me to receive the photos from my session?

This all depends on the package you choose.

If you choose a Mini Session or a Regular Session, you will receive your photos within 7-14 days. If you choose a wedding package, please allow up to 3-8 weeks for your photos to be delivered.

How will I receive my photos? CD? USB drive?

CD's and USB drives for delivering photos are slowly becoming a thing of the past.

I prefer to deliver Online Galleries to my clients, and it's a total upgrade. That way there is no wait. Once your photos are ready, they are instantly uploaded for you and your loved ones to see.

Is there a rescheduling fee for regular sessions?

Yes. If you are moving your session to a different date and you cancel in less than 48-hours from the time of your session, there will be a rescheduling fee of $50. If the rescheduling is due to weather circumstances the fee will be waved.

Will there be a second shooter?

Second shooters are included in all packages over 6 hours. A second shooter can be added to any package 6 hours or less for a flat fee of $250.

Do you have associate photographers?

Yes! I have a team of 4 others who I can send to associate photograph your wedding day. I do this so I'm available to serve more clients! How this works is I will send one of my more than qualified associate photographers to photograph your wedding day and then I edit all of the images and deliver them back to you!

Do you offer Videography services?

At this point in time, we only offer wedding highlight films. These are 2-5 minute videography films of your wedding day! We do associate with other vendors who provide full videography services and can make recommendations at your request! We love collaborating with other artists!

Will images from my session be posted on social networking sites?

Yes!

Some of your images will be used for promotional purposes on my website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
